Tiger comes from the “Cat Mask Boy” comic. He is a pupil of elementary school. He is an impulsive boy and lazy in study. He treasures friendship and is willing to help others. He always acts like a superman when wearing a cat mask.
about comics artist – Linus Liu
LINUS LIU – Hong Kong independent artist. He has been engaged in painting and creation for many years. He has involved in various kind of art projects, such as sketching, comics, animation, digital art, etc. Creative inspiration always comes from his daily life and wild imagination.
He held a double art exhibition “Moment of Beings” in Hong Kong in 10.2017, participated in the “Fifteen Fantasies Comics Exhibition” held at the Hong Kong Arts Centre in cooperation with the Hong Kong Arts Centre (Comix Home Base) and the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation in 11.2022, and was also invited by the Hong Kong Arts Centre to attend the “50th Angoulême International Comics Festival” held in France in 1.2023. “1+1=∞” exhibition was curated by the Hong Kong Arts Centre from 12.2023 to 1.2024.
His works include “Cat Mask Boy”, “SHE” art collection, “SHE REMEMBERS” art collection, an animated short film “Cat Mask Boy’s Summer Holiday”, and “Timeless Encounter” which co-created with Hongkong Machines. The four-frame comic “Goldfish Street” is serialized on his Social Medias every day.
“Cat Mask Boy” also won the “Gold Award” of the 1st Hong Kong Comics Support Programme sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA).
