Name of Character:Ghost Servant

Originally a villager from Turtle Island, Ghost servant was betrayed and had his arms severed and his appearance destroyed by a treacherous individual. He was saved by Jin Ao, and in gratitude for saving his life, he vowed to serve Jin Ao for the rest of his life. Before Jin Ao passed away, he entrusted them with the care of the hero. His relationship with the hero is a mix of servant and friend. Despite his mutilated hands, he wears a mask to hide his appearance and interact with others. He refuses to be disabled by his injuries and, with the help of Jin Ao, has developed unparalleled light and leg techniques. His agile and versatile braid technique is even more deadly than the average person’s hands.

About Comic Artist – Ma Wing-shing

Ma Wing-shing was born in Hong Kong in 1961 and had a passion for drawing from a young age. In 1982, he started creating his early renowned work, “Chinese Hero”. By mid-1983, “Chinese Hero” had become the best-selling comic publication in Hong Kong, with a staggering sales figure of over 200,000 copies per issue in Hong Kong alone. Ma Wing-shing successfully established a unique style by introducing a realistic approach and employing delicate brushwork and cinematic expressions, which had a profound influence on the future of local comic production.

In 1989, Ma Wing-shing founded “Jonesky Limited”, and his comic series “Fung Wan” has maintained its position as the top-selling comic in Hong Kong for 23 years. He has also published several other popular comics, including “Black Panther黑豹列傳”, “The Two Extremes兩極”, “The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber倚天屠龍記”, “Hero Without Tears英雄無淚”, “Fox Volant of the Snowy Mountain雪山飛狐”, “Hero”, and “Shen Wu Ji神武紀”, solidifying his career in the comic industry and his leadership position in the art world.
