Name of Character：Joe
During the 1960s, Joe was a prominent person in Hong Kong. However, he later retreated to seclusion in the Kowloon Walled City. In the late 1980s, he encountered the male protagonist, Chan Lok Kwan, and they formed a deep bond. In order to rescue Chan Lok Kwan, Joe returned to the martial arts world after the long-retired period. His unique skill – the Cyclone Fist, was a deadly technique that amazed everyone who witnessed it.
About Comic Artist – Andy Seto
Andy Seto is comic artist who has created and published over thirty projects in various genres. “Cyber Weapon Z” has become a classic science fiction comic in Hong Kong. In 2014, he received the Bronze Award at the 7th Japan International Manga Award for his comic “City Of Darkness”.
