About Character
Name of Character：Armour Man
Margo (Armour Man): The protagonist, 20 years old, born in the slums of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He carries the dormant genes of the mighty Tiger Armor Beetle within him and is the new generation Armour Man. His parents were murdered when he was young, and his sister went missing as a result. The hardships he faced during his childhood transformed Margo’s inherently kind nature into a more rebellious character. However, he also shows empathy and tenderness when facing the weak. As a child, he idolized the “Vanguard” and later discovered that the true identity of the Vanguard was none other than the Tiger Armor King, Raito! Margo‘s perception of his hero was shattered, but he gradually understood his own mission – not only to stop Raito but also to resist the invasion of aliens and become the new superhero to replace the Vanguard!
About Comic Artist – Khoo Fuk Lung
In 1978, Khoo Fuk Lung began his journey in comics. He has created cover art and coloured illustrations for popular works such as “Dragon Tiger Gate”, “Buddha’s Palm”, and “Drunken Master”. In 1989, he released his first personal work, “Iron Marshal” and in 1992, he co-founded ” Longteng Education Co., Ltd” with a friend, where they launched their renowned work, “Dragon God龍神”.
In 1993, Huang Yulang established “Jade Dynasty Group Limited” and invited Khoo Fuk Lung to serve as the art director. They collaborated on works including “Legend of Emperor”, “New Dragon Tiger Gate”, “New Dragon God”, “Little Magic God”, ” Mysterious Weapon神兵玄奇” and “Saint”. Khoo Fuk Lung became the first artist to receive recognition and authorization from a Japanese manga company to illustrate “Ultraman Tiga”.
In 2007, Khoo Fuk Lung founded “Lucky Dragon Comics & Animation Limited福龍動漫畫有限公司” and released several well-received works, including “Divine Weapons 4神兵4 “, “The 8th Bronze Man of Shaolin Temple少林寺第8銅人”, and “Kung Fu” among others.
In 2012, he established “Dark Comics & Toys Ltd” and published the work “New Iron Marshal”.
In 2014, Khoo Fuk Lung was honoured with the “Top 10 Outstanding Designer” award presented by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
At the end of 2016, Khoo Fuk Lung released “Mountain-sea Battle山海逆戰” and simultaneously distributed it on the online platform Manben.
